Until I Kill You is a crime drama series based on the real-life story of the ex-girlfriend murder of John Sweeney. It features a line of Duty actors and Endeavour stars.
The main cast will be Anna Maxwell Martin as Delia Balmer, Shaun Evans as John Sweeney, Kevin Doley as Devid (Dalia’s Supportive Boyfriend), Amanda Wilkin as Leah (Dalia’s close friend), and Salie Harmsen as Astrid De Vries, etc.
ITV is preparing to launch Until I Kill You, a horror real-life true story of Dalia Balmer, a woman who survived a relationship with the serial killer John Sweeney.
The series was inspired by Dalia’s autobiographical book Living with a Serial Killer in the 1990s. The book explores her relationship with Sweeney and her survival experiences nearly from a fatal attack.
The show was directed by Julia Ford and written by Nick Stevens. Here, you can expect Shaun Evans to portray Balmer’s terrifying experience.
Initially, the relationship may appear charming, but soon after, Balmer realizes her boyfriend’s brutal tendencies, and she tries to escape herself.
Until I Kill You consists of four episodes; each episode shares Balmer’s love story and how she escapes from the terrifying relationship and gives herself justice.

The series will premiere on November 3, 2024, on ITV1 and ITVX and run until 6 November 2024.
Its focus episodes will be on Love, Hate, Healing, and Justice. Although following its UK release, the series will be available on BritBox in the United States, starting from November 7, 2024.
