9 Best Coffee Shops in London

1. Lift Coffee: a minimalist coffee shop

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by LIFT Coffee Roasters (@liftcoffeelondon)

Address: 133 Kensington Church St, London W8 7LP, UK

Lift Coffee is a minimalist type of London coffee shop that surely reminds you of the modern Japanese cafe scene.

This coffee shop launched its business in 2019 in London, and since that time, it has been bearing a great reputation in the city.

The bright coffee shop is set across several floors of a former townhouse. The decor theme is minimalist with some architectural features, like a geometric open staircase.

They serve excellent coffee time after time. Along with an amazing cup of coffee, Lift provides wifi and some tables to work from.

There are some bar seats on the ground floor. Some signature coffee options include LCB Signature, LCB DECAF, LCB BLONDE, etc.

I recommend sipping a cup of LCB DECAF, which comes with a clove aroma and a nutty finish. Its smooth and nutty finish offers you a taste of the amazingness of the beans.

If you are obsessed with the coffee flavours of Arabica, just grab this place. %Arabica London is an internationally beloved Japanese speciality coffee chain.

The coffee shop has a great reputation for a fine cup of coffee, simple but satisfying. They source high-quality coffee beans to make your cup of coffee.  It is famous for offering strong-tasting lattes and frothy mochas.

A few of %Arabica London locations are scattered across the city, but I prefer visiting the Covent Garden venue.

It is the perfect spot for caffeinating while hopping the shops. However, limited seating capabilities at the coffee shop, so you must focus on grab-and-go.

Tin Cafe

Tin Cafe is a well-known neighbouring coffee shop that offers excellent coffee, delicious homemade cakes, pastries, and more.

The coffee of Tin Cafe has become an integral part when visiting London. The locals and tourists like to line up here and wait for a beautifully brewed cup of coffee.

The space is cosy, and I love it the most. The cafe is a gem of an East London location, so if you are somehow in this area, just grab this spot.

They only source fresh ingredients to prepare their special offerings. So, this place has something for everyone.

Whether you are looking for a place to chill with your friends or to get your work done, Tin Cafe has got you covered.
