The Guardian says that American singer Chris Brown was taken into custody Thursday at a hotel in Salford about a reported nightclub assault. The assault allegedly occurred two years ago, and Brown was arrested in London. Brown was taken into custody by police at the five-star Lowry hotel in Greater Manchester at around two in the morning. Asda has announced it will end its Blue Light Card discount scheme on May 27th, 2025.
